Blinking Panel Lights

Hi,

I have a 1992 240SX LE. The "Brake" and "Charge" panel lights just started blinking together and won't stop.

There is also a sound coming from the rear of the car like a relay or solenoid clicking with each blink.

I checked the brake fluid and handbrake -- both seem ok.

The brakes "feel" fine and are stopping the car as always.

Any idea why these two panel lights would blink in unison and what I might do next?
