blinking air bag light? why?

well... my air bags blew and i had to get a new dash and air bags... before the new setup was installed, my airbag light (that red light box) was on SOLID.but this guy who sold me the dash and air bags told me to swap the airbag sensor (or what ever that thing is under the rear seats) to the one he sent it to me with the dash.soon as i switched that lil box under my rear seat, the red airbag light started to flash. it won't go away now. anyone know why this is happening with that thing? i was thinking about taking out the bulb for that spot since i dont know how to fix this little problem.

i think as soon as you put the key in on position. click door open thingy on driver side that turns lights on 7 times within like 5 seconds or something. it sounds obscure but thats how its done. it happens when your voltage gets below 10 or something.
