Blinkers not working HELP!

okay....so today i got the headlights that i've been waiting for on backorder for about a month now. I was all excited to put them in and after about an hour of struggle, i did it. Of course, something had to go wrong. Parking lights work, headlights work, high beams work, but blinkers in the front, blinkers in the back, the lights that turn on and blink when a blinker is on on the dash, and the cruise control light in the center of the two dash lights. This is on a 1998 gxe.

update: center cruise control light DOES work and hazard lights DO NOT work this sucks.
