I need some help! when rear passenger side blinker does work when my headlights are on. It works just fine when the headlights are off and the driver side blinker works fine either way. Anyone know why or how i can fix this problem?

How is your blinker fluid?

Check to make sure when the headlights are up, they're not pulling on any wires. Also, try switching your blinker relay with another identical one and see if anything changes.
