Blendor - Blendor motor?

Hello.

Can someone explain, send a picture, or refer me to a site that can give technical details about this part (Blendor or Blender motor) for a 1995 240SX AC to work properly.

I'm told in one of my cars, that this part is not closing entirely therefore its letting the heat/AC cold air both enter the car at the same time. Does anyone know what the part would cost and how much to replace this with regards to labor? I'm told for the part to be replaced, they must remove the dashboard and total cost for repair with part is $350 does that seem correct?

any insight would be helpful.
