Hey guys I am a new guy on here trying to help my brother get his project 240sx driving. Anyways the intake manifold that we have on the motor has had the coolant bolt welded over. Guess it broke and that was the temp fix. Anyways what other ways could we bleed the coolant system. Otherwise it looks like its a few day wait for something like this.

That funnel kit is good.
Using the stock coolant hole is pretty useful though.

Yeah would be nice but the bolt has I guess broken off and they welded the hole shut.

Helpful as that funnel looks, I fail to see how you think it will help you bleed anything.

The bleeder you speak of is not going to do much, because of it's location, even though I DID use it...

When you're filling things, already have the overflow tank topped off, and then once it's full, repeatedly rev the motor by twisting the tb, with the coolant cap off, and it will push the bubbles through, when you see no bubbles, and have topped it as much as you can, just before it overflows and in time that the cap pushes a little bit of coolant out, (maybe, I guess, long after it overflows, depending on how bad your bubbles are...., cap it. (it will suck any extra that it'll need as it cools out of the overflow tank.)

Other than that, if you really care, you could go buy a matching drillbit, tap, and screw/bold, and make a new air release hole.

Jack the front of the car up and let it run with the heater on and radiator cap off.. Stand back. If there's a lot of air it will spit out.

Or you can top off the funnel and go fap for 25 minutes and it'll be fully bled.

I've also had some bubbles get trapped one on side of the radiator tank, so I had to park it on a driveway and jack up the passenger side to let it escape.

That funnel is literally the best thing you could buy for your S Chassis EVER. Those make bleeding very efficient and clean. DO IT.
