I've had some problems with my powersteering.

Turns out it isn't the pump. My pressure line gets really hard and vibrates excessively when I turn the car on. (after I correctly bleed and blah blah blah, please DO NOT tell me to bleed it again) The problem with the hardness and vibrating is that the line should be softer and not as firm. The other people with 240s in the area all have soft lines when the car is on as well. Sooo, my new assumption is that there is air in my rack or other part of the system. Does anyone have a way or know of a bleeder valve to get the air out?

nope, there is no bleeder valve, you bled it the right way, does the wheel turn easy even though the line is hard (feel like the power steering is doing what its supposed to)

It turns like it should, but the pump makes a Godawful sound. A hellish WHURRRRRRRRRRRR. So because every pump I've used is doing it, and my line is the only hard vibrating line of all the cars, I'm going to have to say its that pressure line, but the only way I can forsee getting air from there is by unlocking the hardline at the rack. They do it for domestic cars, but its still not the best of ideas, but does anyone suggest it?

did you install the flow control valve backwards? it is the funny bolt looking thing that goes between the line and the pump.
