Bleeding lifters help

So i know how to bleed my hydraulic lifters suppose to submerge them in thin oil and then pump them up and down until the bubbles stop right??

well my lifters wont move at all! they were not kept upright when i took em out so all the oil should be gone ya know but they still wont move!!

any help is welcome and appreciated

Yeah, when I had my head apart there were about 3 that I couldn't get to move. I don't even think I bled any of them before I put them back in I just submerged them in oil before placing them in.
