A few postings were put up over the years regarding cooling system bleeding. I do not know where you would find them, but I can tell you about a great tool to assist in the operation......Lisle Spill Free Funnel (LIS24680). The funnel allows you to keep the anti freeze fluid level above the radiator as the system is purging air (burping). You can do a search & read up on this wonderful kit, a must have for bleeding closed cooling systems! Cost under $30.00.

Get a spill proof funnel. It makes it much easier. Let the car get hot, and rev it to about 3k and hold it for a minute or two. Let it idle for a bit and repeat. You may have to do it several times, it can be a bear to get the air out of the heater core. You should have heat at about 150F at idle, so if you're in that range, you're good.
