Wow!

-Loosen the lug nuts-Jack the car up-Take lug nuts off completely-Slide wheel off of studs-Turn the car on-Locate the caliper -Find size 10 mm nipple type thing on top of the caliper-Get someone to pump the brakes 3 times and hold the pedal in-Loosen the bolt-You'll hear air being squeezed out-Tighten bolt-Let off of pedal-Repeat until all air is gone-Tighten nipple completely-Turn off car-Locate your wheel-Slide onto studs again-Locate lugs, tighten them with the wheel on-Drop your car-Tighten lug nuts harder

Important: Add brake fluid, don't let the bottle become empty.

Move jack to the other side of the car.

Check your Brake fluid level if low ad more. Move jack to the back of the car.

Put your tools away, give yourself a pat on the back. Drive your car, and hope to god you did it right. If you did go watch some movie or something on your with your friend and some to eat something while watching TV. =]

Sound good?

the order of bleeding brakes is always the brake furthest away from the master cylinder. so in this case, its rear right, rear left, front right, front left. repeat until there are no more air bubbles and pedal feel is where it should be.

Turning the car on is unnecessary.

And please be considerate, use a hose and a bottle to collect your old brake fluids, don't just let them spill all over the floor.

Have fun.

Actually, on the S13 the bleeding sequence would be left rear right rear left front right front. Remember, the lines go across the firewall to the passenger side, THEN it goes down to the calipers.

For a brake fluid flush and fill what would you all recommend as a good fluid to use? Thanks

I usually work alone : ( I open all four bleeders and run a hose from them to a bottle of brake fluid at each wheel about a 1/4 of the way full, make sure your hose can reach the bottom of the bottle. I then place a full bottle of brake fluid open and upside down on the master cylinder. Get in the car and pump the pedal untill you have pressure, should not take long unless you have a lot of air in the line, make sure not to empty the bottle on the master cylinder. Tighten all bleeders and there you go. This is the only way i found that works if you are alone, unless you have a pressure bleeder, but that works about the same way.

Think about this for a second. Move the brake master cyl to the right side of the car, then think about what you will need to bleed first. The lines go across the firewall, all basically the same distance, then they go down the frame and to their calipers.
