Naturally going to have to bleed the breaks, but is there anything else that needs to be bled after reinstalling?
If you put a clamp on the flex line going to the caliper before you remove it, you will save yourself a lot of headaches. It will keep the system from draining and resulting air pockets. Then once you re-install the caliper, fill the master, and crack the caliper bleed screw (attach a hose to a bottle) and let it drip. This will remove most of the air. You should be able to rebleed the system quickly.
