Bleeding ABS brakes on '97 J30t?

What is the procedure to bleeding the ABS brakes on a '97 J30t? Is it the regular pass. rear first, driver rear, pass. front, driver front. Anything else we should prepare for

Shouldn't be any different than any other car. I just did my 94 about a month ago and did nothing special.

They recommend that you disconnect the abs relays before you bleed the brakes.

Any particular reason? Do you bleed the brakes with the ignition in the ON position? Should the ABS pump even run?
