ahh... whats up guys? had my 240 for a while now. b**** gave me waaaaaay too many overheating problems but its all good now.

well today i flushed out coolant to put some new in and just clean up the radiator a bit. I was going to bleed the coolant system. The screw was a bit tight then... BAM! it broke ... any ideas how to get it out? I ran the car and it doesnt over heat since part of the majority of the screw is still in there. But yeah... I was thinking of drilling it out.

any ideas? ill post pics if need be xD

There is a special tool for this. You screw threw the middle then back it out. I cant remember what its called and I cant find it on lowes.com.

They are called easy outs or bolt extractors.

even when you get the screw out its better to jack the car up in the front and bleed the system through the radiator not the bleeder screw.

Ive never HAD to jack it up even tho its a good idea, but not necessary. Just fill and leave the cap open and run the car untill you see no more air bubbles. A spill proof funnel helps

That is correct. Just jack up or drive up to 2x4, so front is as high as possible and run the car. I tried both bleeder screw and this method and the latter worked better. There's no need to hassle with broken bleeder screw.

Yeah and btw do that when its cool, some people just epically fail and tried when it was hot. I had no idea there was a bleeder screw, and there's a valve on the rad on the lower corner of the rad.
