blasted oil leak or should i say giser !
well i traced it down to right above the oil filter so i think its the oil cooler its spitting out righteous amounts of oil!! so im off to rip apart the damn motor and hopefully find a way to fix it !!!

well i think i found the problemn its the oil cooler assembly leaking the oil. i think its just a bad o ring. ill have to find a ring set and try that .. mad,boost , do you guys have acess too the o ring seals for the oil cooler? also does the ca 18de have a oil cooler like the ca18det????

The CA18DE does have an oil cooler, but I don't know if nissan sells the seal or the whole unit. I repaired one before using a seal from NAPA, but it was on my mother's camry! Man, that engine you have is the pits! It has put you through h8ll and high-water and I hope someday that you can at least enjoy this thing.
