Blacktop Redtop differences?

i was wondering what the differences in the 2 engines were, ive noticed that the redtops are easier to come by and that they are the older of the 2.

but im wanting to know if there are any differences ie. internals, power etc.

i remember seeing a 180sx S20 engine was 190bhp but was that the redtop or are the 2 engines the same power?
