Blacktop redtop confusion

I need some serious help guys! Here's the situation;

I have a 1993 Silvia that had a complete redtop motor/trans/ecu/harness to start with. But recently I picked up a s13 blacktop short block that has head work (264cams, valve springs/retainers, RAS, 3 layer head gasket, GReddy intake gear). So I took all my bolt ons (intake man., CAS, coilpacks, 02 sensor...) off of the REDTOP and put them on the BLACKTOP. I have a blacktop ecu as well. Got the motor in the car and all hooked up. Now it wont crank... The first timeI fired it up, it started but ran bad. After that it would fire up, just spins over trying to start while sputtering. So my question is; Are any of the sensor different between the two motors that would affect how the car runs?? And would having an aftermarket cam gear adjust the timingmarks when setting the motor toTDC?

I also stepped up to a Garrett GT2871rs, but Im sure that wouldnt be the cause of the problem.

Def sounds like a timing problem. The only diff between the motors is the O2 sensors.

I forgot to update. I was one tooth off when I installed my cas. Its running great now! Ifanybody else needs assistance with timing, frsports.com have a great write-up!
