Well I finally got the balls to black out my headlights, they turned out really good!

Blk textured paint came out great, looks nice and matted down (and goes with the theme of my car)

Nicely done! Good thinking on on the LEDs, too ! Looks great!

I've been planning on doing mine, too. How hard was it to get good coverage over the chrome paint? With my luck I'd have paint dripping everywhere and it would look like crap when I was done.

Thanks man! I used textured spray paint for plastic and it was no problem at all, I put like 4 coats on and as long as you spray from different angles to get all the nook and crannies your fine!

ya...right? so i clicked on it and it's like FRICKEN FREE ADVERTISING here on NICO...not gonna fly with the moderators buddy...that's got to go, or you will have to pay like ALL the other sponsors here. i'm not trying to be a jerk at all, but you'd be better off removing that from ALL your posts b/c i believe it's against NICOCLUB user agreement.

The headlights look great, J. I need to talk my dad into doing this to his car--I think it'd look amazing on his black car.

Thanks! I put them back in the oven for 15 minutes to get 'em all sticky again...so far no condensation (which was the main reason I was so hesitant to do it!)

Thank you and yeah stoked to be on the cover (even though I got covered up by the Infiniti "dot"!!) I've been a subscriber for awhile and have pretty good dialog with Dave Bexfield (the managing editor)
