Blacked out Headlights...

Has anyone tried this yet?? or have pics of them done. I did this on my last car and it was AMAZING the difference it made. Just curious to see what it would look like on the Ultima.

just a word of advice and i'm sure many people on the forum will agree. don't attempt to melt your headlight open unless ur very skilled at it. Nissan has used a highly resistant sealant on these headlights unlike previous altimas. They have plastic clips on them that can break easily and will make u have to buy a whole new headlight assy. Most of us are waiting for aftermarket projectors to come out..or the other option is pay someone $1000 to do it for you. I personally am waiting until aftermarket headlights come out but in the meantime have laminex smoke tints on the front of the headlights to black them out.

Yeah Good luck! Word of advise...get a another pair of headlights and do it to those. The sealant that Nissan used on our lights is like rock hard and has a melting point higher than the plastic. If you want,contact Brandon to crack them open for you.
