Blacked Out 2003 Infiniti M45

Hello, to start off, I am new to this forum. I am loving all of these threads of people showing off their Infinitis. I am starting this topic because I wanted to show my newly finished project on my 2003 Infiniti m45. I had seen many spectacular pictures online of "blacked out" sports cars, and thought that my m45 was the perfect candidate for such a makeover. I have plastidipped the rims, gloss black, as well as the chrome trim above the windows. I have also tinted the tail lights and mirror signals. I covered the stock chrome door handles with a gloss black vinyl wrap, as the plastidip continually wore off and was not good enough to do the door handles. Check it out and see what you think! Also, what do you think about blacking out the chrome on the rear of the car?

First off, Welcome to NICO

Me personally, I like this look. From this angle it's looks good. "IF" it were me, I would lighten up the red in the tail lights a little bit, ya know, just a smoky red look. And I would consider changing the color of the wheels to something of a lighter color.

And I know everyone has their own taste, but but damn, that car is hittin it!!

Regarding the rear trim ... Use Plasti-Dip (about 8-10 light coats) , score the letters, and peel them.

I am thinking of doing something similar and blacking out all the chrome trim into satin black.

Personally I like contrast. Too much black reminds me of a Hearst or funeral procession. For example all is cool except I would leave the chrome trim around the doors, windows and grille and maybe rims silver or grey. Love the car, good choice!
