my redtop blew up so i swapped a new one in the weekend later and at redline with my black top ecu it only cuts fuel, for ****s and giggles i put in my redtop ecu(still using it) and i've no fuel cut but ignition which is 1000% better.

Are all red tops ecu like this?

You blew up your redtop and now you're asking which ECU is better to bounce off the rev limiter with?

Maybe you should shift when the powerband taps out instead of over-revving your motors. Then it would be a non-issue.

If you don't want people to comment about the way you treat your car, then why mention it before you ask your question? And you're right, I've got no idea if all redtop ECU's are ignition cut or all blacktop ECU's are fuel cut, because I don't care to find out, as not abusing my motor is one of my priorities.

It's not by bouncing off my rev limitor a few times that you will get rod nock. By the few times i hit it i noticed as THERES A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FUEL CUT AND IGNITION
