Well how about you tell us which blacktop your starting odd with smart guy. :P

The S14 Blacktop with a T28 orThe S13 Blacktop with a T25

Stock would bring you close to 14.5 to 15.0Upgraded might be able to drop you into the lower 13's.With a possible (but unlikely) 12.

you would run 13s if you're a decent driver/other stuff had been done. You'd be in the realm of 240rwhp.

14.5-15.0!?? For an SR20det S13 black top?

Ok ok this is what I'm getting...Somewhat of a stock setup: S13 Redtop Sr20det (swapped into S14 chassis), walbro fuel pump, 3in downpipe, intake, stock intercooler, 300zx tt fuel filter, 3inch exhaust, act street clutch, & greddy bov.

What should that run... estimate..in quarter mile. I'm hoping no where near to 15.0!??

PS. Oh yeah and a decent driver on relatively stock boost (highest I would go would be about 9-10 psi just to be safe)

What would I have to add to get me into the high 13's?

550cc Injectors? Could that do the job?

You need more boost. Get an EBC or at least an MBC and that'll get you into the 13's, and possibly into very high 12's if you have a real good launch. At 7psi, with bolt ons, don't forget, this is still a 210HP car at the crank. It won't start getting extremely fast until you are into good boost. When the car is still in vaccum, you have a low horsepower, low compression engine, but once that hair dryer spools, all hell breaks loose.

Remember tires and wheels will help out too. Every little thing helps out. Turn up the boost to 14 psi, i dont think you'll be maxing even 440's with that much boost. But that should give you about 245 to the wheels.
