black smoke sr20 problem

ok, so if any of you have read my other topics, you would know im tring to get my s-13 sr20 to run properly. i have a few things i need to test. and i was just wondering what you guys think...

first off the problme is my engin bogs out under a load.i have black smoke comming out of my exhaust at high rpm's, what exactly does the black smoke mean?i have to test my MAFS becuase i think thats messing up some of my stuff. when me and my buddy unpluged it, it didn't do much so im ganna pick up a new one of those from the junk yard because were pritty sure thats not workingwould a new MAFS cure the black smoke?and i also think maybe a walboro 255 fuel pump would help out as well.does this sound like its fuel cutting?...or what?

im not sure guys so i would really like your input, i wanna get this thing running correctly before the spring
