I have to wait 3 more LONG months before I actually buy my G35, and already its a drag.

BUT!

It's going to be black "hopefully" so i was looking around online to find some nice black rims.

anyone got any advice on a good brand or whatever, im new to this, and im already stoked about the car. IT will be worth it, even though i'm the one having to make payments .

**someone told me you can paint the rims? is that true

and im looking for ones with a lot of spokes, almost like the M3 rims on the BMW.

and can i also get anyones opinion on black rims on a black car? Is it tacky or just really depends..

Black wheels look awesome on a black car IMHO.

I wouldn't swap out wheels unless I was gaining performance from them. So I would be swapping out for Motegi Trac Lites, Gram Lites or a set of Weds Sport. All are really light and will reduce your unsprung weight as well as lowering your rolling weight. That will cause the car to accelerate and decelerate quicker.

SSR also has very light weight rims, but I don't think they have any black ones.

I just traded my 04 Coupe last week at an Infiniti dealership. It had 33K miles and was super clean. They put it back on the lot for 25K. I would say that 17K is a great price as long as nothing is wrong with it.
