I need the windshield washer sprayer with the 2 holes that is above and below the hood for drivers side. Maaco managed to break the plastic inside of it so the connecting tube is just hanging there. Thanks.

Brian, since Joe is really trying to move away from the phone orders and handle some other stuff (new website, etc), it's probably best to direct members to the general staff, or to Frank.

I only say this because when I ask for Joe, even having spent over 3k in 5 years there, it is still met with a little resistance. I'm not mad - I get it - but we should steer new members towards the sponsor in general. Anyone there can handle that plastic part.

Joe is on vacation. Talked to David and ordered the part. $25.69++. It comes primed. No longer comes in colors. Could many have had the same need? Thanks Brian.

Yeah, I've been doing business with them since the TJ days in the mid 90s and have a hard time getting through to Joe at this point. If anyone finds a staff member that's really good - please post up a name. I worked with Bill a few years back, but I believe he has moved on.

I hate to say it, but I'm probably going to try that site out of Charlotte that Craig used and see how that goes. I've had several sub par experiences with IOS in the last couple of years. One the occasions I have gotten through to Joe he is great to talk to - and I think he really cares and seems genuinely disgusted with the service issues - but apparently good help is hard to find in Scottsdale.
