This is un-freak-ing-be-liev-a-ble. A seventeen year old girl goes to the concert and gives a BJ to not one but TWO men that night and then gets embarrassed when someone posts her picture online. Well, DUH, what did you think was going to happen???? Anyway, because of her age, there is the possibility of the original poster being charged with 'distributing child pornography'. I think that's about the most asinine thing I have ever heard in my life. :tisk:

A 17-year-old girl has found herself at the centre of an internet storm after web users shared explicit photographs of her giving oral sex to two men at an Eminem concert in Ireland.

Police are investigating the disturbing incident amid concerns that the images - apparently taken in a public area of the concert site and now widely circulating on the internet - amount to child pornography because she is under 18.

Sometimes people get what the deserve. If you're gonna do that s*** then guess what sweetie, there are consequences for your actions. Stupid is supposed to hurt.

Need to check the tour dates to see if he's coming to Japan.

Doesn't your hotel stay come with a hooker in Japan anyway?

I think you missed something, because that's not what happening here.
JTR32gtst wrote:Accountability is not taught in this generation...
Actually, this particular issue is ALL about accountability. When you take a picture of a minor engaged in a sexual act, it's called child pornography. All they have to establish is if the person knew the subject was a minor, then the "blame" will get assigned.

If you really want to complain about something here, complain about the level of stupidity tolerated in this country.

Exactly. I think as far as accountability, he was referring to the girl, who would not have gotten into this sticky mess (pun intended) had she thought about her surroundings before she tooted those beef whistles.

I believe Eminem concerts attracts an adult crowd unlike Justin Bieber who attracts very underage girls, so one might understand the photgrapher not checking her age. But despite her playing skin trombones in a crowded public place, the picture taker probably should have asked her permission before posting those photos on line. I suspect that is the heart of the case. I'm unfamiliar with Ireland's laws. But if she needed to be 18, for all we know, perhaps he did ask her if it was okay and if she was of age and her bobbing head was interpreted as nodding yes answers. ;) We need to have more facts before concluding, but one thing I'm sure. If the newly crowned "Miss Hoover's" real name were released, she'd have no problem getting dates at her high school. :)

Wouldn't the 2 dudes be guilty of something as well? Hell, even more so than the dude that snapped the images.

If some stupid b**** starts passing out BJs at a concert, she deserves to be all over the internet. I'll donate money to support the photographer if he needs it. Hopefully she sits in misery for a few months and then offs herself. One less POS the world will end up taking care of.

Good question. I suppose if Ireland has public indecency laws, the two guys could be charged with something if someone went to the effort to press charges. unfortunately, we don't know their laws. I'm sure those two guys are gonna lay low and....uh... "stick it out" until it "blows" over. ;)

Just curious, if the skin flutist was someone you knew and cared about, would you feel the same way?

Why do you feel bad for her? She made a choice to completely humiliate herself at a major event in front of thousands of people. Giving a couple dudes head isn't some whimsical "whoopsie" moment.

I was referring to statutory laws about her age and sex acts. No idea what Ireland has for laws in that regard.

I don't usually entertain hypotheticals. The people I care for simply wouldn't do something like that, else I probably wouldn't care for them. See where I'm going with that?

Didn't the hippies go to concerts and bang and slurp the heck out of each other while rolling around in mud?

Imagine camera phones at Woodstock.

My favorite think about these kinds of stories is the media and general newsreading public trying to decide who was most wronged. The reality is: there are no winners in this story. Just a lot of losers. Different kinds, different degrees. All losers. Everyone loses, everyone was wrong. But they're all so busy trying to feel victimized that they'll never learn anything from it. Which is pretty much modern society as a whole summed up in one sentence.

Lower the legal age for nudity down to 16. Hell, 16y/o's are more sexually active than I was at 18. It'd cut way down on all the sexting legal crap too. Legalize marijuana. Why can we kill at 18 in the military but we can't celebrate with a drink till 21? Also, seat belt laws are for insurance companies, not the health and welfare of citizens. Patriot act...

It's just a matter of perspective. I suppose I could wish her hundreds of hours of intense therapy, a life time of prescription drugs and follow-up psychiatric treatment all paid for by someone else instead.

When I read stories like this one, I don't feel bad for the people involved. I see them as the reason society is in the gutter.

So if she offed herself, I would consider it doing the world a favor.

I don't feel bad for her. I feel bad for the people who took pictures of something that was happening in public and are now getting sued because the girl realizes in hindsight that YOLO isn't the best moto.

This x 100.

If it was one of you guys, I'd say the same thing. It's not that hard to make it through an entire day without doing something stupid. :slap:

TRUST ME, I've done it pretty consistently for 43 years.

Eh, if you're gonna do something stupid, own up to it.
The last thing I want is a picture if me at an emiinem concert showing up on the internet and I'll never out myself in that position.
