Well its upsetting that as a new nissan owner the first Nissan dealer I go to has a bunch of thiefs and liers.
I took my 08 ROGUE to get checked and they did nothing to fix the noise in the rear. Then i show the service advisor
something that looks like mold and they say they cannot do anything as weather strips are only under warrenty for
12.000 miles. I call the 800 line and they get in contact with me. Two weeks later I have to travel on buisness and I come back and the file has been closed. I call the dealer and the service manager ariel Perreira tells me he was never called by the regional advisor. I call the 800 number to reopen the file and they tell me the service manager told them that is was wear and tear and was not mold, yet they never even inspected the truck. In other words the service advisor lied to the nissan representative. I must say that i love my new truck and had plans to do the entire front end upgrade their, add the spoiler and change other things. I spoke to a lady their and she told me that she has taken her Murano for service a bunch of times with squeaky breaks and they tell her its normal. Its a shame that Nissan has made such a nice truck and has nothing but axxx holes working in their service departments. Has anyone had any good experiances in service departments in the Miami Fl area ? Please Help.
