Bikirom unconsistant results.

ok so i have been trying to tune my bikirom ever since i got my car turboed. i am having a very hard time getting the a/f's that i want. every time i try making a change either nothing changes or it changes and the changes are very unconsitant. as in for idle changing the idt sometimes it idles 12/1 other times it idles at 16/1. cruise is pretty much the same. under boost although is pretty consitant although rich. anyone have any ideas for me. my set up is: 650cc deaschwerks injectors (i have been told these may be the problem) z32 maf, ka24de-t etc... right now my ISF is 32000 and my idt is .7 as of now my car idles around 12:1 and cruises around 16:1 boost is about 11:1.
