Bikirom issues, please help

I have some problems with my Megabikirom board. I successfully uploaded one of Sil8ty's tunes to my biki, but the board will no longer connect.

I have tried:Stnc tosync fromwork onlinedatalogingand Firmware update.

With no results at all.

No connection attempts have worked with exception of the first upload of Sil8ty's tune.

I have a misfire at cruise from 2500-3500 rpm's that I believe is related to afr's but I can't communicate with the board to find out where exactly on the fuel map it is happening.

I have bikisoft v3.2.3framework 2.0usb drivers are installeddirect x installed

It seems like I am missing some critical element here, but I cannot explain what.
