Has anyone placed two bikes in the back of an FX with the rear seats down?

I was considering an EX but I am very discouraged by the replies in the EX forum. Most feel it would not be a wise thing to attempt.

I've put one 19" hardtail mountain bike in the back of my FX but had to remove the front wheel and with the rear seats down. I will never do that again. Roof Rack only now. But it fits...
