Many ppl think that turbocharging is all about how much manifold pressure you can make. Actually, it's really how much can you flow through the engine. Larger valves make for more air in, faster exhaust, thus resulting in more power. Make sure your turbocharger can keep the CFM's up enough to match the flow change.
