Bigger Radiator

i got a spare one from an 88 rx7...wondering if i could use this for my car....its a slant radaitor...its wider, taller, and thicker...can i custom fab this on to my car....would it be better....ya know what i mean....why spend 250 on a new aluminum radaitor what i can use this bigger one for free......

well, if u custom fab it, you can fit pretty much whatever you want in there, it all depends on how much fabbing you do. I replaced mine with some no name all metal (no plastic entanks or anything) radiator that was supposed to be for a 240, but it was about a half inch thicker. It fit in all the right places and used stock mounts, so i bolted her up there, and to this day is the best thing i ever did to the cooling system. Paid 135 for it brand new from some used/new local parts shop i went to looking for a used one.

i was just curious...i don't want any problems like my water pump no being able to keep up with demand or something....i'll start working on this project in a week or so to see how it goes....keep ya posted....any other imput
