I did a gt30r upgrade on my redtop sr and the shop that made a custom downpipe welded in a o2 bung on it but its much bigger than the stock o2 sensor so i was thinking maybe a z32 sensor would fit, would it plug right in? What other bigger o2 sensors would plug in? I think he made it a bigger bung so that he could plug in the wideband when we put it on the dyno instead of having 2 bungs. Any help is appreciated.

just get an adapter. Odds are he sized the bung for 23mm (iirc) o2 sensors for the wideband, as you said. The stock o2 sensor is the smaller 18mm type.

dammit! I just saw one online yesterday and now I can't find the damn thing!!!

I'll post a link later if I can dig it up.

Worst case take your current o2 sensor (that's too small) to autozone or something and pick up one of the bigger style o2 sensors...they should be able to find one. It doesn't matter what car it came off; an o2 sensor is an o2 sensor. You'll just have to do some wire splicing to get it connected.
