big wheels change the way the g drives

right now i have my stock rims and a set of chrome rims that i use in the summer which i am not to crazy over anymore i dont know if anyone else did what i did but when i got my car i was soooooooooooooo excited and wanted chrom rims i did hardly any looking around and bought a set of chrome rims after only looking at a few just cause i wanted chrome ( tsw mondello 19 inch ) and i bought the same tires the stock rims have
so here are my questions
1 how does car ride with 20?
2 any problems from a 20 inch rim wheel berrings brakes ect?
3 will a 21 inch rims cause similar problems to a 20 inch
4 or will 21 inch ride just like my 19 inch or a big noticable diffeence?

The bigger the rim the heavier which equates to Less performance, less mpg (depends on how much heavier). 20" tires may be a tad cheaper than 19's tho. I've never looked into 21" wheels and feel anything larger than 20 is just too much.

i have never heard of 21" wheels. hmm
