Duplicolor Wheel Paint 'Graphite'I had to remove the old crappy silver paint job someone attempted, sand em down, primer, wetsand, paint, wetsand, paint, and clearcoat each of them. I had a friend help me, so it didn't take too long.

28% is not legal in PA i have been told different things about tinting legality From: front two have to be 37% and the back three can be as dark as you want, to any tint besides factory is illegal.
But its only Illegal if you get nailed for it. Most cops will only give you a hard time about tint if they pull you over for something else and you give them a hard time about it. Or they could just be in the mood to bust you for tint .
Anyway here is my car with 14% high metallic/reflective (different from mirror) tint all the way around.
