Big time wiring issues!

I need some big time help here, we just purchased a RB20DET front clip r32 spec from one of our dealers, for a customers swap. At closer observance of the clip we noticed that the ecu wiring harness looked funny, the plug wasn't there and nothing was hanging down, turns out some nut cut the plug off, and the plug was removed from the ecu, and sitting behind the dash. I figured it should be fine, just a little wiring, well it's a nightmare.

The plug was cut about 6 inches out, and there turns out to be multiple sets of exact color wires, 3 y/r's, 3 y's, 4 bk/w. I figured we could measure the sliver hashes on the wires, and we could peice it back together, well it seems to have been mangled. Also to make it better, it looks like back at Nissan they went in and spliced and tapped a lot of wires.

So rewiring is going to be a very long process, and be kind of risky with the end product if not done preicse. I don't even know if a diagram would help it still seems like there were some things fixed in the harness previously.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram that shows the exact pin-out and colors for the ecu plug?

Go to megala.com and get the printout of the wiring. The link above is what I did for the RB25 but I'm sure you can do the same for the 20. Download it into your computer. It's too big to look at so upload it to ofoto.com. Then order a poster size of it and it comes out pretty good ($20). That is what helped me do the wiring.

I also traced each and every wire back to the ECU and labeled them. Then I double checked them. I thought mine was bad since I had the white plug cut. I guess you're worse off.

yeah it's the same cept for no VTC, and injector 5 and 6 are reversed on the RB20 vs RB25.
