Hey Everyone... first post here! BTW I LOVE MY G.... ok here goes.

I have a huge question for anyone to answer.... there has been a recent downpour in California and I had my driver side headl lamp short out on me twice. Thank God it's under warranty...

My G is a 2005 Coupe... I would like to know can I upgrade my lamps to the 2006 projectors? If yes, I know where to get them. If no, what do you all suggest I do? Just buy a new one case?

Also, one last question, what is the best way of getting rid of rock scratches on the windshield and plastics...

Pheww... what a first post that was....

Just a heads up on the 06 projectors, there was a federal recall on them because something with the originals was screwed up. So if you don't want any problems for sure, make sure you have good ones, but if you find some taken off due to the recall, I highly doubt you'll have problems.

Then let me be the first to welcome you. You'll like it here. Zozo likes Mustang pics, so if you have any of those, feel free to post them.

Haha I see that... I have been floating around on these boards for as long as I've owned my G.... roughly 2 months.

I guess my other question would be do you guys know any way to get rid of rock scratches on plastics (headlamp lenses) and on my windshield. It seems the other owner of the car must have lived in the desert or something...

I'm really not sure about the headlight fix to get rid of the chips to be honest...anyone else in here??

If the front of your car is heavily chipped and drives you nuts, if you spend the $$$ to fix it, you may want to invest in a clear bra afterwards to prevent future occurences!

You've been lurking for 2mos before you posted?? what took ya soo long??

SWEET! Thanks Joe... I'll go run to Kragen right now and grab some. Now only to find some compound for my windshield... thats the last thing I want to do is buy a whole new windshield for some really annoying rock specks...any suggestions on that issue?
