I just got back from a Vacation in my 2002 Altima 3.5se. The Car was a dream. I took it in for some service before I went which included fresh oil new wipe blades, break pads, and tires. 1800 miles, lots of interstates/highways, and more construction zones than I can count later and the Altima handled it like a pro.

On the way home we ran into a really bad thunderstorm in which it was raining so hard that I could barely see the road. It got real scary on the way home. There was standing water on the interstate and cars started hydroplaning I used the brakes and steered clear of one car that was spinning. A van plowed into another car and sent it into my lane directly in front of me. I was able to steer between it and the van and accelerate out of the mess. There was no way to stop because of all the traffic coming up from behind. A semi stopped taking up the far right lanes. We then called 911 to report the mess and got off the interstate and got a room for the night to wait out the storm. I have to say the my Altima combined with my good driving skills, some luck, and some divine intervention kept us safe through it all.

Here are a few pics of my Altima on our trip.

My Altima has save my but countless times so I know how you feel. I feel very comfortable driving my car around and don't let me talk about my Z.

I was driving the Z today when this stupid SUV pulls out in front of me real slow and I was calm and collect as I skated around him. I wish I had camera to take a picture of his face he almost **** himself. He thought I was going to hit him as far as the Altima I avoided getting smashed to a pancake by a truck who took the red light. These are some awesome cars I only mentioned the Z cause jEzTeR has both as well.

Thanks everyone!

I do love pimping my Altima. The car drives great and looks sexy to boot.

12 ~ I have to say it again, Those wheels look awesome on your car. I wanted to get some black or gunmetal wheels for mine but my wife doesn't want to. I'll have to show her yours and see if she changes he mind.

Thanks man I'll keep that in mind.Right now I am thinking about not spending any extra $ on the Altima and putting most of it into my Z.

Thanks I think I reached my goal. I was trying to make my car stand out from the rest of the Altimas. I think I am there casue even if I was in a lot full of modded Altimas you could spot me out EASY!!!
