With the solenoid duty at zero, the cam timing numbers should also be zero. However, I think something is twacked with your scanner, because the IVT's on both banks have the same range of operation. Assuming the scanner is looking at the correct PID's (which it might not), those readings indicate your cam timing chains are both jumped (or possibly the main chain is jumped and the B1 chain is jumped more).

The bottom two parameters in your pic should both be zero until you goose the pedal, and then they should advance in tandem with (but slightly behind) the top two parameters, which are the ECM's commands to the IVT solenoids. If your scanner is looking at the right PID's, then you clearly have a cam timing issue.

The timing should advance when the ECM commands it, so that shows your IVT's are both responding and both phasers are working. The problem is the idle values you posted, those should be zero when the command is zero. Since they aren't, it strongly implies jumped chains.

Have you tried to do an idle relearn? If not, try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZJfWQLGUZI I was having some random issues after getting work done on my car and this helped.

Hmm, have you tried this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bNkhuXGMa8 ? Also, make sure you clear the codes first before doing any of these options.

I hate to say this but take a look at my thread on my m56 and the misadventure that has occurred. It all began with my car going into limp mode on the highway between 2500 and 3,000 RPM and a single cell code p0011. Which ended in catastrophic engine failure after my local dealership had the car for 7 months in which they replaced the high pressure fuel pump passenger side camshaft and high pressure fuel pump lifter oil bucket thingy as well as timing maintenance service. Yet they didn't do an oil change at all. Such that less than a thousand miles later the metallic bits that were still in the lubrication undoubtedly led to a failed rod bearing and rod knock that indicated catastrophic engine failure! I would immediately take it to a professional shop to have diagnosed, including taking a sample of the oil and have it sent in for analysis to determine whether mental particulates are being suspended in the oil that circulating through your engine. This is exactly the scenario that started for me and August of 2022 and as I sit here today in February of 2024 I still have a wonderful looking m56x that has a engine that will not run because the dealership failed to recognize that they are responsible for not changing the oil which led to the! Good luck to you on this I hope it doesn't turn out the way it did for me but I just thought I'd prepare you for the worst cuz my experience has been absolutely horrific. Peace.
