i would say your turbo is shot. pull it and check for play in the shaft and all that

i dont think you need to worry the same thing happened to me for about 3 to 5 days and stopped..its just blowby from your engine via your oil catch tank hoses...if you have your factory oil catch tank hooked up then it happens ...did it just recently start happening? and if so is it a ton or just a little bit? just wait about a week or so, dont freak

If for some reason you don't want to do that, at least take off the intake and o2housing and see what you can see/feel.

Reach in and see if theres oil inside the turbo. Try pulling on the spindal and see if there's any play in it. Play = bad. oil = worse

But if it has play like u sed then its through and if ther is oil on it its also through dam i feel this is not going to be good.

If thats the case do u know wher i can get a a turbo for a good price???

To me it sounds like the oil seals in your turbo are shot. You can have bad seals and no shaft play... Either way, you're going to need to replace the turbo or rebuild it..

ok my boy had told me the same thing f**k i just love my ride and i hate to see it in my garage and not on the road u know. i dont know how to rebuild it i know that much.

so my only option is to get a new/other turbo. ok....i have to go with an upgrade cuz if im going to get another turbo why wast money on another stock T25. i know the next step up is a T28 or what, i need options cuz i really dont know what to do?

if i do go with another turbo what do i need with it as far as the whole top munt thing goes. im i going to be able to keep my turbo extender and down pipe or whats going to happen cuz im lost with what i need wastgate header

a T28 should mount right up to your stock T25 manifold. and you should be able to keep your downpipe, and do you mean an external wastegate?

A T28, Gt28rs, or Gt2871r will all bolt up if you get the T2 foot print. I believe that the T28 from an S15 is the same as the Gt28rs, both good for about 275rwhp. If you want to keep it lightly modded, opt for the T28 size turbos, bolt on, might have to modify your coolant and oil lines a bit but, good power upgrade over a T25.. Good luck man

I'm not saying that you have too, but there is a chance you will. Just buy SSlines and you have nothing to worry about...

bro like i said before stop freaking out just give it about a week and see if it goes away..if it doesnt then you can replace your turbo..by the way when your turbo seals go bad you will usually get a ton of white smoke coming out of your exhaust when you come to a stop

That depends on which side seal goes bad. Sounds like the compressor side did, that's why he's got oil coming out of the BOV...

the only reason why i dont want to keep driving it is because if it is mest up and i do drive i dont want anything else getting mest up.

its just a wierd as* problem cuz my turbo sounds good just that oil leak and for some reason i dont think my blow off valve is working properly it sounds like the noise is coming out of my intake its heka wierd i had it in nutral and then i rev it up while i block the vacum line on one side and i put a rubber glove on the other side and the rubber glove inflates a lil but not a lot not even like nomal hand size so i dont know

you put a rubber glove on the bov? is that what you mean? its not going to blow the whole glove up ...it sounds right...by the way is it a lot of oil or a little?

If it's dripping out of the BOV, it's enough oil to say that the seal is bad... Oily residue in the piping is alright, but if it's dripping that's a no go situation..

ok so my only option is to go with a gt28rs or a gt2871r .....the thing is that ima lil tight on cash and my limite on spending money for a turbo is $400 and under if i can find something good for that low.

im looking up rebuilt/remanufactured turbos and i found a T3 for $330 but i dont know how that goes as far as my set up. i need help and advice and im thanking everyone thats responding to my thread thats the web site of the T3

or you have an option of just waiting a few more days to see if it goes away..im not saying im right and you guys are wrong, im just saying to wait a few more days..drive it around put some distance on it and it may go away..im saying all of this because this happened to me and my friend and it went away and everything is fine and im also saying this to possibly save you some money since you are tight on cash right now
