hey do me a favor and smack your friends.....i had a 92 cupe and the fame was broken... not holes but snapped in half. had a pro shop do it and it was good about a half inch warped... now being a perfectionist i sold the car for 550 bucks anyway(costed 950 for the frame FYI) if its onlygot holes this is how u fix problem free
#1 hoint the car on a four point or long jack hoist.#2 messure your steel and cut out new sections for replacing.#3 one side at a time(i start inside, bottom then outside) cut out the old and replace the new. make good welds and cross stich the welds (this means making tiny "X" over the welds for strenth. and if you have time do "X" stiching to any sections of frame that are peiced together
your done 4-6 hrs with a helping hand and good welder on site.
lastly.if your frame is rotting out take a screw driver and jab at your frame all the way around and tap it with a hammer just to see if you can find spots rotting from inside. replace what you can....
Dont let another 240 die cause of the frame.....
