Big Fast Nissan Truck?

Have you guys checked out the Nissan full sized truck? It will have a 5.8L V-8 that puts out 300 HP and 375 ft/lbs. of torque! Beast! Maybe they will make a high rev'r & HP version of that 5.8L for a new Q and leave the 4.5 in the M45?

it's called the nissan titan (do a search on yahoo or whatever and you will find info). it has a 5.6, not a 5.8 liter engine. to be built at the new Canton, Mississippi truck plant.

5.6L is correct . . . I was a little optimistic! Still, if I recall that is the largest passenger vehicle engine that Nissan has put in the U.S. Also, on the page is a comparison showing it larger than the Toyota Tundra. Looks as if its on scale with the Chevy and Ford half-tons.

yup the greatest 4 wheelin truck ever. ive owned 3 of the nissan/datsun trucks and this one takes the cake for the biggest baddest coolest one ever

I saw it in person at the auto show, it is very nice, i love it, except the color.

Ummm... I'm kinda up in the air on that one. I don't really like the looks and it's an IFS setup... not good for off-road. But it sounds like a good work truck. I'd have to see it in person, but I am glad Nissan finally jumped into full size trucks.
