BIG BRAKE KIT 02 Q45

I am fed up with the warped rotors on my 02 Q45. Twice in a year and a half. Just average street and highway driving too.

I am looking to take rotors from the newer M37 w/ Sport package and use those 355mm diameter rotors vs the stock 290mm ones in the front and the 350mm ones vs stock 292mm ones in rear. I made a test fitment of the larger rotor and my stock caliper. It clears my 18" rims by just over 1/4" The only custom part needing done is to make some brackets. Anyone else done it and have a CAD file?

Who would be interested in buying a set if I made a few sets?

First off why are the rotors getting warped? Are they installed correctly? Are they a decent part?

And regarding the bigger brakes do the M37S brackets and caliper fit your car?

I use OEM or better rotors and pads. It is pretty well understood that the brakes were undersized on this car. Why would the 2014 Q50 which weighs no more than the Q45 have these bigger rotors as stock items?

Yes, proper installation procedures were followed to a 'T'.

Regarding the M37 Sport calipers and brackets fitting the Q45. I don't know, but will investigate it.
