bi xenon HID

I got 2009 sentra here in canada
in canada, you need day running light according to law
So the oem head lights runs day light on the same bulb as high beam, but with lower intensity

I wanna install bi xenon HID on my head lights

will the day time running lights light up my HID or can they even break the ballast or bulb because of its low intensity?

Please, write me back how to install these bi xenon hid correctly by taking care of the day running light problem!!!!
