2015 Q50 S, 3,5 hybrid AWD, from Italy. They ,or some say they make a little more BHP then the US, American version, ummm I don't know! But, the claim here in the EU is 364 BHP total.
So I check the old adds out on YouTube to see what they say, near all adds are from the USA.
The dealers seem to be all over the place in regards to numbers. Some say this model makes from the gas engine, anywhere from 300 BHP to 320 BHP, depending on which Infiniti add you watch. None seem to say these numbers are at the crank or wheel, umm..
Regarding the Hybrid side, that one part they all seem to agree on a full charge, it turns out as 68 BHP, which they claim; although it helps a good amount on economy. It is said that it's nearer a kind of electric super charger of sorts. Umm maybe..
I am guessing a bit here but, I tell people who ask about it, it's about 305-ish BHP and the electric hybrid part is 68, of course logically number adding here give us a number of 373 BHP when fully charged.
We never seem to be told what is correct or not, is this at the crank or the wheel, again,,Pass!
I have had one or 2 quick sprints 0 to 60 using GPS times. On a good she can hit 60mph is 4.7 secs. How accurate that is, again pass; and when the hybrid battery is full and I catch the gears right at about 50 mph passing a semi truck it's insane it takes off like a bullet. Yea we all know its no GTR, or modern Ferrari type but its quick. And from my digging about regard every use performance wise, is that well over a hundred MPH the numbers are the same as the Merc AMG GT 4.3 or 99% anyway.
So that's my understanding to date anyway, but any corrections updates from those who know more than me are welcomed. But I've had this car for a year, I am loving it, and gives no problems at all. It goes in for service and filters about 7 to 8K miles, on a run at about 70 mph I am getting near 34 MPG great car. Some fun but useless info checking the numbers on paper anyway to about 120 MPH is almost the same neck and neck with the the legendary Ferrari Testarossa, I know old, but its interesting to me haha
