I was a busy fella today!

I don't know how to describe the colour properly. Indoors it seems to be more green. Outdoors, it's more goldish. Desert Sage Metallic, more or less.

The paint job wasn't very much. I did most of the work.

Type X "kit" - The front bumper and extensions as well as the skirts and wing came with the car when I bought it. I bought the lip from Performance Nissan. I got the rear valences from a local guy. Position lamps from DMAX. Hood from DMAX. Mirrors from a local guy (LUCKY!!!!).

taillights from Performance Nissan and I think the Center Garnish was from West CO Nissan.

I did NOT paint the jambs. I didn't really care to do THAT much work. They are white. Can't see any of it through the cracks, so I don't care.

I would LOVE to see it on a shirt.

it looks like a drab olive green to me...old school army green...I like it...

You paint it at work? Can I bring my paint down there and have them paint it. We can give each other high fives or something and get some slurpees. .

it REALLY looked like olive drab in the beginning, then we somehow RAN OUT OF PAINT.

Went back to the shop to get some more.

get back to spraying.WHAT THE f***, it's LIGHTER than the old paint.

So, it was a weird thing.

Same paint mixed at same place. Same dude.Comes out different... ?

Anyways,

IF somebody wanted to put the car on a shirt, I'd like that.

Didn't paint it at work.

We used some place in Long Beach near 710 and Anaheim.

Wierd how the the paint didnt get mixed right...I would like to see it in person, I bet it looks more dynamic than in the pics...

Yeah, I don't understand itThe second can was better in my opinion... more close to the real color.

In the sun, the paint looks GOOOD. Seems to have good depth. I like it.

hey, Ive been meanign to ask you?? were ver filmed on Superbikes?? I honestly thought it was you...It was an event in central Cali...maybe San-Fran cant remember..the car looks exactly like your old s14...just wondering

I sold the 14 to a guy named Serei from norcal.

I know that he drove a HIn demo with it when it was still blue. He made a huge graphic that said

I'M NOT BH

It might have been from that.

IT was the HIN show I saw on Speed....I knew it was your car though, thats wierds...I didnt see the sticker, but Ill TIVO that s*** and look for it...It was definately your car though, thats funny...

Damn car is looking good. I didn't see the picture before I read that you painted it green. but when I saw the picture its not bad. It actually starting to grow on me. But definitely need to see some outdoor picture tho.

The paint looks really good man. I actually wanted to paint my coupe ALMOST the same color, I saw the color on an FC. It was in a video on squidd.org. Really nice color though, I love it.

the color isn't what matters... as long as its not obnoxious, (lime green, fluorescent orange, )...

its the wheel fitment that set the tone for the car.
