He sent me pictures that the car had minor front right and rear accident which wasn't this car.
This car has had a full 360 all around impact and paint is the easiest way to tell along with rust showing in places.
The biggest issues are 2 MAJOR SAFETY PROBLEMS HE KNOWS AND DOESN'T CARE that the car could get into an accident and kill the occupants in the car or someone else on the road.
1. The right rear has an aluminum suspension arm that was welded by someone that doesn't know how to weld. But besides that, an aluminum suspension part shouldn't be welded in the first place even by professionals. This part could break and if you are on the freeway you will lose control of the car completely.
2. Front crash absorbent bar (metal bumper under the bumper cover) is held on only by 2 bolts instead of 4! What that means is the car isn't anywhere safe as the car is suppose to be. In an accident the front crash bar is suppose to absorb all the impact. In this car, it will just pop off.
Those are catastrophic problems. The seller said he wouldn't fix them before selling the car.
Want to know more problems?
Frame has been straightened when it should have been cut and welded. But it's minor
Electrical work should have been soldered, instead it's taped and crimped. At some point in time the headlight will go out because of this. It takes 30 minutes to professionally fix the wiring. Makes me wonder about air bags that went off and if the system is working properly.
I've taken a picture of the rear suspension arm and another part hanging.
