I don't know if anyone has bought parts from isis. But it seems to me that everytime i look into buying something from isis the products look like crap and always require some type of modifying to get them to work.Recently I had no other option but to purchase an isis oem style starter.I had no money to buy a new orginal one so I bought the isis. The first starter the motor got stuck on. I thought at first it could've been the, ignition switch I disconnected it and the motor was still stuck on the gear was zinging away.I had to disconnect the battery before it drained it and killed the starter.so the next day I decided to give it a try and the motor didn't spin by connecting the battery I was like Ok,the car started up fine that time. That starter has been nothing but trouble.so I decided to consult the supplier and they handed me a new one and told me just to bring back the old one whenever I could.me and my dumb a** didn't even bother checking it.when I got home I tested it and as soon I hooked up the battery side terminal to the battery and as soon as I went to ground the case the gear spun by itself no ignition switch voltage required to engage the solenoid.lol.two crappy starters in a row.I had my automotive teacher test it for me and he said there is a short to power in the solenoid.bottom line. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And don't bother emailing isis themselves they treat customers like idiots.

You could've known this if you searched around the Internet for reviews.

Call up EnjukuRacing. I believe ISIS is their brand. I heard of them being understanding of product issues and taking care of customers.

You get what you pay for, Isis is just cheap stuff for cheap people. For the starter you can take it to a local auto electronics place who rebuilds starters and alts. The only thing different is the casing, the bushings, winding, gear, solenoid are all the same as US versions. There is a shop near me who does this, they have parts stocked and he did a SR started for a friend for $55.00, my RB alternator for $50

Isis finally admitted to their problem and apologized and told me they would give me a full refund and the starter back so they can figure out what's going on.lol
