Better performance capabilities s13 or s14?

I was just wondering which is better to get s13 or s14. Which is better for a swap? Which will respond better to the increased power?

not much difference...up to personal preference. Swap is pretty straight forward for both chasis. S14 might be slightly more complicated for wiring but not by much. They both have the same engine KA24DE stockwise. But older S13 has KA24E which is a little weaker. People say s14 has a stiffer chasis as well, but the s13 is lighter. It all depens on what you like.
