1990-1992 Q45 heads with a 1994-1995 Q45 block and intake.

Ironically, I would have said the exact opposite. 90-92 Block with 94-95 heads.

If you're looking to build a motor, then do a hybrid, but if you're just looking for a junkyard engine to drop in and go, get the 94-95 motor.

The only noteable benefit that the 90-93 block has is its main studs as opposed to the bolts found in the later motors.

Beyond that, the 94-95 motors have better timing chain guides, better injectors, and better flowing heads. Some say the sodium filling on the exhaust valves went away, but I havn't seen any proof of that.

And as far as the head flowrates go, this is a fact, I flowbenced both before I decided what to put in my motor. The older heads make more torque, the newer heads make more power.
