check the rims and tires section out. but it really depends on what you like. quality, weight, etc. i'm still looking too. hahaaaa

If you wanna go for looks and high quality, Volk, Work, SSR, Advan, Jline, to name a few. Work is my personal favorite, all of thier lineup is topnotch. Although theyre around 700+ per wheel...

I think a quick google search might help you out more. "Best wheels and tires" is very subjective; something I like may not be something you like. I'd suggest the virtual wheels thing on the discount tire website. Although the picture isn't completely realistic looking, it will give you a good idea of what a particular style of rim would like on your car. It actually changed my mind and was the reason why I ended up getting the rims I have.
